Seabrook Democratic Committee

Our Mission Statement

Seabrook is our home. Here, we live our values, care deeply about our families, friends, neighbors, and livelihoods. Our mission is to raise awareness and foster thoughtful dialogue around important local, state, and national issues. We are committed to educating and engaging our community, encouraging participation in service, and supporting Democratic candidates who reflect our shared values.

We welcome everyone to join our meetings, participate in community activities, and contribute to open, respectful conversations about the issues shaping our town, state, and nation. Together, we strive to build a stronger, more inclusive Seabrook.

Are You Ready to Run for NH State Representative?

We’re now less than a month away from the filing deadline for State Representative candidates — and we are still looking for a Democratic candidate for the Seabrook seat.

The Seabrook Democratic Committee is here to help. We can answer questions about what’s involved in running a campaign and serving in the NH House, and support you through the process.

Did you know the New Hampshire state government makes decisions about:

  • Public education

  • Voting districts, election requirements, and oversight

  • Reproductive healthcare access

  • Gun regulations

  • Administration of programs like Medicaid and other social services

  • Housing policy

Serving in the NH House is an opportunity to make a real impact on our community and help shape the future of Seabrook and New Hampshire.

Candidate filing deadline: June 12, 2026 at 5:00 PM

Currently, Seabrook is represented by three Republicans who have voted with the majority of their party nearly all of the time. We are looking for candidates who are ready to bring new perspectives and strong advocacy for Seabrook residents.
